Hello, I had a problem with the Razer Viper v3 pro mouse, I was sitting at the computer wirelessly and at some point the cursor stopped moving, the dongle went out, I connected it via wire, it also doesn’t work, I ordered the mouse on October 22, 2024, it was completely intact, what should I do?

1. If the mouse is connected wirelessly, ensure that it is charged. A low battery can cause connectivity issues.
2. Make sure the dongle is securely plugged into a USB port. If possible, try connecting it to a different USB port on your computer.
3. If the mouse isn’t functioning via a wired connection, try using a different computer or USB port.
4. Ensure that you update your mouse firmware. Follow the steps provided here.
5. If possible, test the mouse on a different computer without Razer Synapse to see if the issue persists.
