I have a problem where my death adder v2 pro doesn't move at all i tried to update firmware but it says the wire is not working or connected so i cant fix it by firmware then i tried to factory reset my pc to see if it was my pc but no same problems it also says on synapse that it’s turned off but i am telling you its not off and i cant charge it at all or i don’t think so via light i tried Bluetooth but when i try to do the process it does not show lights nor show Bluetooth connections please help i really need this to be fixed. I am surviving on a old Logitech work mouse.

Hello there,
Are you using a USB hub? Try plugging it directly into your PC’s motherboard. If possible, try it on a different computer just to check if the same issue persists. If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a PM along with your DeathAdder V2 Pro’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds.
