I have a problem with my mouse viper v3 hyperspeed, it seems like it migth have stop working and wont link to any device

the other day I was normally using my mouse as usual, and then it just stop working, I thougth it was maybe a battery issue so I changed the batterie, and it didnt work and I tried using diferent batterires even new batteries that I’ve just bougth, but it didnt work, I tried everything I could from another forum of someones with a similiar or even the same problem, and nothing has worked, and in my last hopes Im publishing this for external help from someone that may now the solution, or if it dosent have any solution maybe how to claim my warranty living in Colombia.
To be more specific the mouse seems to turn on because I can see the LED ligth of the at the bottom part of the mouse turn on but it seems like if it was like weak, and the normal green LED ligth at the top part dosent turn on.
