I have a problem with razer barracuda x 2022

I recently purchased razer barracuda x 2022. everything is great and i use it with thx spatial too but there is just one problem. when i am using the headphone for a couple hours (4-5 hours) audio starts to glitch and couple seconds later it gives no sound and i cant use it unless i restart my computer. what is the cause of this, i couldnt figure it out for days so i decided to ask to the forum, if any of you guys experienced similar things can you tell me how to fix this issue or should i just get another with warranty?

Does it make any difference when the Razer Synapse software is temporarily disabled? You can also update its firmware. If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds.
