Hey Dear Razer Community, so I have a problem with Razer Synapse because I can not configure my mouse and keyboard there (i have a death adder elite with a razer ornata croma)) so please help me to fix this problem Thanks for the help in advance ~Crafxi

    Hey @Crafxi! Thanks for bringing your concern to the right board. When did the issue start? Just to confirm, are you having difficulty saving profiles and macros? What's your Razer Synapse version? By the way, your Razer peripherals are compatible with Razer Synapse 2.0 and 3.0. However, once a device is included to our Razer Synapse 3.0 enabled devices and you have both versions installed, these devices can only be customized via Razer Synapse 3.0.
