I have a problem with the razer phone 2 headphone adapter

It is saying charging connected via USB and it has to be flat on a table and I can't move it at all. My music keeps stopping and it's really annoying. If anyone can help I would gladly appreciate it. Thank you and if you have this problem to let me know lol

    I have the same issue. It is really annoying. No one seems to have an answer. But the same thing happens when I try to charge my phone, every once in a while it would just stop. It's really hard to find answers around here.
