My headset randomly shuts off. No warning given. I work an 8 hour shift and need it to stay in the whole time.

What connection are you using the most? Is it via 2.4 GHz wireless, Bluetooth or USB? You can try updating its firmware. If that didn’t work out, send me a PM along with your headset’s serial number so I can validate it and look for other troubleshooting steps.
