Where can i get a replacement key?

I’m sorry to hear about what happened to the F key on your Razer DeathStalker V2 Pro. Were there any incidents or impacts to the keyboard before the keycap broke? This will help us understand what might have caused the issue. Kindly note that we don’t sell individual keycaps for our keyboards, but I’d be happy to look into possible options for you. Please send me a PM with the device serial number and proof of purchase so we can check the warranty status and see what can be done. Thanks!
