When I first got my PC, Razer Synapse launched fine, but later on, it stopped launching. I've tried uninstalling it, but it won't remove from my PC. So, I started looking for the problem, and the Razer Synapse service isn't launching, meaning I can't make any modifications to my mouse and keyboard. If anyone can provide a solution to this problem, I'd greatly appreciate it.

Do clean Synapse reinstall:

  1. Uninstall Synapse
  2. Download & run this tool: https://rzr.to/Tf53xj to remove any razer drivers/leftovers
  3. Then restart your PC
  4. After reboot install Synapse again (as administrator).

If installer/uninstaller is failing, then you can use this microsoft tool to remove any software (and associated files/reg keys etc): https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/fix-problems-that-block-programs-from-being-installed-or-removed-cca7d1b6-65a9-3d98-426b-e9f927e1eb4d

this is the exact same problem i have actually.

If i investigate, i can see that synapse doesn’t even install “synapse3” directory. It stopped at “razer” :

I tried everything to install synapse properly : total uninstall of current synapse via revo uninstaller + regedit deleting key from razer + reinstalling everything as admin in Safe Mode with Networking without any protection / firewall => still the same issue

so, any idea?
Razer technical support can’t find how to resolve this and seems to tell me to wait for the next update.
I tried asking chatgpt, for chatgpt it’s a big problem about the installer.
But even with it’s help, nothing change.
