I have audio delay with my Blackshark V2 on Discord

Hi I bought a Razer Blackshark V2 and its giving me headaches with Discord. Whenever I’m using Discord the voice chat audio delays a lot, cuts off or speeds up or simply it stops every sound and the mic doesn't work. I restarted and a minute later the same problem again. I don't know if is a software issue but I reinstalled Synapse and USB sound card drivers several times and didn't worked. Also i reinstalled Discord too and nothing. Can you help me please?

    Is the issue isolated to Discord only? Try to repair the Synapse application by following the step here. PM me the serial number if the same issue persists so I can validate its model and check for other model-specific steps to help you resolve the issue. Thanks! *Thread locked.
