I have been unable to access my ticket inbox.

I have been trying to access my ticket inbox on my phone since last night so I can see the status of my case if it has been resolved but I haven’t been able to access it. It just keeps rolling forever and it wouldn’t pop up. 
Is anyone experiencing this and how do I get this resolved.

I am also experiencing the same issue. Kindly let me know how you were able to get it fixed cause my ticket inbox just keeps rolling but wouldn’t open.
