I bought the keyboard a year ago and lately the keys are not working for me so there are some keys that do not work and do not work at all and if they work it presses a button at the same time as if there is some bug I once had and it will work and now it just came back on other buttons I would love help





and i try do caps and end its restart the key And it still does not work

And one of the buttons that does not work for me is ESC
i have same keyboard with same issue, were you able to find a fix?

Hey! Thanks for generating this thread. Does the key registration concern happen while the Razer Synapse is closed or disabled? Also, try connecting the keyboard to a different USB port or computer without Razer Synapse installed and observe its behavior.
Hi thanks for the help but unfortunately the keyboard still does not work I connected it to another computer and it still does not work

Thanks for sharing. Please reset the keyboard by clicking the gear icon at the top-right corner of Razer Synapse, then select "Reset" from the side options. Should the issue persists, please submit a case to our Support Team or send me a PM.
