As the main Title describes, please help me sort my 2-authenticator back as I can login but when I want to do a transactions it requires 2-authenticator that needed both OTP (from my old number) and Backup codes (that I never got not even in my Email when searched). Please help me sort out my 2-authenticator back, I have just recently reload/top-up money.

I have lost my phone number due to being Overseas for too long studying and gotten new phone number now Im back, but I also searched my Email for backup codes but couldn't find
