I have never had any products that needed so much technical support DO NOT RECOMMEND! I have KrakenV3Pro and Leviathan V2 do not Buy either. Every time I turn off my computer have to go through the setup process it seems if you can get it to go through the setup! Just tired of it had 10 months mostly not been using.

Thanks for posting your concern on our support board. I’m sorry to hear about your experience with your Razer devices. Are you referring to the Synapse 3 app setting up again whenever you turn off your PC or the drivers? Please PM me the serial numbers so I can verify their models and assist you accordingly.
