Using new Razer Stealth 13.3 - and I have reinstalled drivers, tried different USB, reinstalled synapse - everything. The product is registered. I have updated synapse. NO MIC on synapse, frustrating as hell.

Hi there! Thanks for posting your concern here. Have you tried updating your Raze Synapse? What's your computer's operating system? Have you tried connecting the Razer Seiren to a different computer?
