I have still have my email. but i dont have old phone number and back up codes. HELP.

I recently topup 300 gold but I have no where to use it since it requires the 2 factor authenticator which is binded on my old phone number. I want to change it to my current one please.

I have lost access to my account and need to restore my backup codes to my email.
