After purchasing Barracuda x and registering the product, after running the installation file of the 7.1 surround app, there is no response. (Login screen does not appear) A shortcut to the 7.1 Surround Sound app has been created on the desktop, but nothing happens when I launch it. Also, there is no audio tab in the synapse.

Are you using a personal computer and connected to a home network? Try uninstalling your 7.1 Surround sound software and restart your PC, log in to another local Windows user account on your computer, then reinstall the app. Make sure your firewall or anti-virus is not blocking the app. By the way, Razer Barracuda X does not require Synapse. Do send me a message, should the behavior persists.
