I just bought an Razer Deathadder Essentials and it seems to be fake or the site is not working i just keep getting that the serial number is already used and its not recognized by the synapse app can someone help me with this issue cuz i really want to know if i should refund the mouse

Log quality sticker. But I’d just order it from https://www.razer.com/gaming-mice/Razer-DeathAdder-Essential/RZ01-03850200-R3U1 or official Razer distributor, rather than Aliexpress or Temu or other cheap platform.

Yeah, very reliable - selling fake products. What platform is it? Some emag, lazada etc?
Emag i mean here in Romania they be advertising their products everywhere and i never saw someone get scammed from here but i think its time for anything i guess

Emag is just a selling platform for 3rd party companies just like Amazon. I wouldn’t consider this as a legit source.
Yeah ik but they talk about being a full legit site and about their trustworthy and its advertising even on TV ik i realised that i was scammed but i bet some use fake products and didn't even realise it and its sad for a site that talks about trust and things like this
