I just bought Kraken v4 and I didn´t get any activation code for surround sound

Hi

I just bought a Kraken v4 headset and was gonna set up the surround sound. Downloaded the app and it said that I don´t have any activated surroundsound products. I had to register my headset by giving you some sort of code. But I don´t have any code. The box only contained the headphones in a black back and nothing else. 

I googled what you ment with code and saw that you apperently should have gotten a card with a scratch code on it. I didn´t get that in my box. There is nothing. So, what do I do now?

Thank you so much for sharing your concern here. Upon checking, the Razer Kraken V4 is supported by the THX Spatial Audio software. Please note that this feature does not require an activation code, as it is already integrated into your device.

 

You can configure and customize your THX Spatial Audio by following the steps in this link: https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/13209.
