    I understand that you are unable to activate 7.1 Surround Sound for your Razer BlackShark V2 X because you did not receive an activation code in the box. Upon checking the serial number you provided in your post, I've found that the device has already been registered three times, which explains why it's showing as already registered.
     

    Just to confirm, could you please send me a PM along with a photo of your proof of purchase/receipt in PDF format, including the name of the store/reseller, so I can check its warranty details on my end? You can upload the photo of your proof of purchase using this link and then send me a private message with the link once it’s uploaded. Thanks!


    Also, I have edited your post and removed the photo that contains your device's serial number for security purposes.
