I just discovered that the Kraken pro v2 had surround sound but i dont have the box anymore

So, i just discovered surround sound to the Kraken pro v2, and i know that the code is on the box it came in, but i threw away the box after i got the headset, so what do i do?

The surround sound program is very messed up (compared to other companies and programs) it looks like 2009-2010 era. I still have my box and everything. The product did not come with the audio splitter and I received it as a gift from my mother which she purchased at Walmart. The support person didn't know what Walmart was and asked if it was a person who my mom got the headphones from. So I do not have the receipt with me and they couldn't provide me with the splitter I was supposed to receive. I also have the headphones linked and activated on cortex with serial number and product number and you still need a code to activate surround sound pro (which I did not receive the code either) to adjust the settings. Razer is a joke when it comes to programs and support. I suggest trying to find another surround sound program and hope it works. I will definitely not be buying another razer headphone in the future. Everything else they make is great quality which is why I am upset.
