I just found out that I bought a counterfeit Tartarus V2 off of amazon from this seller.:

Please check that you have entered the correct serial number or contact us. Ive checked and rechecked the number. Copy and pasted from a transcript with razer support. Any window or website that requires my serial number just generates errors now.
