i just got the barracuda x chroma

when i use them and try and connect them to the razar audio app on my phone so that i can change modes so i can hear games and stuff i can get through the first part but actually pairing is not working my phone and headphones are next to eachother and still wont pair, i need help on how to pair them so i can hear, and sometimes they turn oiff randomly

I have just upgraded from the Barracuda X (2022) which I LOVED and work on everything… to the Barracuda X Chroma which at first seemed even better, however, they seem to have intermittent audio issues and wont connect to the Razer Audio App at all, no matter what I do.
I would also like some assistance in getting this sorted out.  If nothing can be done, then I may have to return these and get a new set of Barracuda X instead.  (I work form home on the headset all day and they were perfect)

I also bought the Razer Naga V2 Pro mouse which is flawless.

Any fixes? I'm having the same issue as well. It appears as an option for pairing but won't connect. It used to work but broke after attempting to use synapse while connected.
