I keep getting kicked from site?

Hello, I am new to this forum. While I am navigating, I get shut down and it says I do not have permission to view from this server. I had to shut down my PC and restart to get back here. Anyone know what's wrong? Thanks.

    This is a server-side issue. For now, employing a VPN is the most reliable workaround that I've found so far.
