I keep having trouble connecting my Hammerheads to my PC.

So I have a new Bluetooth dongle connected to my desktop and every other device works fine on it, but when I try to connect my Hammerheads to it, it just gives this error. Any solutions to this problem?

Try to tap and hold till it says pairing but leave its case open. Then, add a Bluetooth device to connect the headset to your PC and set it as your playback device. Should the problem persists, PM me the serial number of your headset. That way, I can verify its model and look for other ways to help you get this sorted out. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
