I keep on getting "There was an unexpected error, please reload the page and try again" and i can't receive sms code

Please help me! I keep on getting "There was an unexpected error, please reload the page and try again" and i can't receive sms code. I don’t have copies of my backup codes either cause i cant receive sms! I saved up for a month just to be able to afford this! :((
