i lost my 2-sep Authentication

I lost my 2-factor authentication and need to remove it from my account. Can you help me? I've already sent the requested information privately, as you always ask.

I replied to your message, and verified your information. Please make sure to secure your Razer account by following the steps below:
1. Log in to your Razer ID account.
2. Select 2-Step Authentication under Security.
3. Enter the code sent to your Razer ID email.
4. Set up your preferred 2-factor authentication method.
