I lost my 7.1 surround sound activation code
I bought a pair of headphones a few years back and I just now noticed that there was Software for 7.1 surround sound. I have thrown away everything that came with the headphones. The ones I bought were the kraken pro v2 and I hope that I wouldn't need to buy another pair just to get the surround sound software. What should I do?

Have the same problem, except I had to reinstall windows and now I cant use surround because I don't have the AC. My headset is registered in my account. Any help would be much appreciated.

Hello everyone. Thanks for generating this thread and I'm sorry for the delayed response. Have you guys registered your device successfully? By the way, the Support team can no longer generate a Razer Surround Sound Pro code as the promotion has ended for older devices. It's only available to the newer versions, namely the Razer Kraken 2019, Kraken X, Kraken X USB, Kraken V3 X, and Blackshark V2 X, which uses 7.1 Surround Sound. Feel free to submit a case to our Support Team or send me a PM should you need additional assistance. I'll be locking this thread now.
