I bought a pair of headphones a few years back and I just now noticed that there was Software for 7.1 surround sound. I have thrown away everything that came with the headphones. The ones I bought were the kraken pro v2 and I hope that I wouldn't need to buy another pair just to get the surround sound software. What should I do?

Have the same problem, except I had to reinstall windows and now I cant use surround because I don't have the AC. My headset is registered in my account. Any help would be much appreciated.

By the way, the Support team can no longer generate a Razer Surround Sound Pro code as the promotion has ended for older devices. It's only available to the newer versions, namely the Razer Kraken 2019, Kraken X, Kraken X USB, Kraken V3 X, and Blackshark V2 X, which uses 7.1 Surround Sound.
