I bought my Black Shark V2X headphones in 2022 and have been using it without 7.1 surround sound until now, 2026. I realized that these headphones could activate 7.1 surround sound from the Razer 7.1 Surround app, but it requires an activation code. However, I lost the activation code, and when I tried to activate support on the Razer support website, it showed a message saying the product was already registered and the code had already been used. I kindly ask for your help to verify the product and provide a solution.
