I lost my old 2-step authentication and backup codes

I lost my old 2-step authentication and backup code i forgot my back up code and i cand use my passkey for my payment i use 100 razer gold to use in my payment but when i proceeds it say no pesskey available but when i look for other i see a back up code so i want to know how to recover the backup code and 2 step authentication
