i lost my old phone number

 I can no longer access my old number, thus I have to buy a new one. Now, I want to change to my new phone number so I can buy more in-game purchases, but it still needs my old phone number to change any setting inside my profile. I don’t have any back-up codes, and even if I want to set it, it still requires authorization from my old number. At least my email is still currently active, unfortunately for me there was no option to use my email to do any verification. This is getting more frustrating. Can someone help me? i already top up on my account but i cant make purchase because i do not have longer access on my old mobile number . please help
