I Lost my old phone which has my old number and backup codes. Can anyone help me change my linked mobile number?

I do not have access to my old mobile number and backup codes, due to a case of losing my phone which stored them. Can anyone help me change my linked mobile number. My email is rinaralte093@gmail.com.
