I lost my phone or changed my mobile number and can no longer receive OTP

Hi, I recently gotten a new phone with a new phone number and was trying to change my phone number for this account I have. I wasn't able to because it wants the old phone number to have a code or back up codes and I don't have neither of them. But i have access to my email can someone help with this problem
