Hey guys so i recently got my headset on my Birthday and i was using it every das, i really liked my headset with the mic, but I just realized that i’ve just lost my usb dongle and now i can’t use the mic anymore as the blootooth quali is really bad. If anyone could help to get my dongle back or a new one I’d be really happy.

I understand you that are looking for a replacement dongle for your Razer BlackShark V2 Pro. According to our warranty policy, claims arising from any unacceptable use or care of the Product, including (without limitation) misuse, abuse, negligence, unauthorized modification or repair, unauthorized commercial use or any operation of the Product outside Razer's recommended parameters are not covered under warranty. Because of this, a lost dongle would not be eligible for a warranty replacement.
