i lost my Viper ultimate Dongle

I lost my dongle what can i do?, i saw a firmware update saying “Pairing Utility” - will this be use full to get connected with my local 2.4hz usb pins

Please note that the Razer Viper Ultimate is a pre-paired product with its original dongle, which means it is designed to work only with the specific receiver that it was originally paired with. It does not work with a Razer HyperSpeed Multi-Device Dongle or other generic 2.4 GHz USB receivers.


Additionally, the Pairing Utility included with the firmware update is intended to resolve connection issues between the mouse and its original paired receiver. It cannot be used to pair it with a different or replacement dongle that was not originally paired to it.


The good news is that you can still use it in wired mode by connecting it directly to your computer using the included cable, allowing you to continue using the mouse.
