I lost the code for the surround 7.1 surround sound along with the box from my headset Kraken Pro V2, is there anything I can do?

The Razer Kraken Pro V2 is compatible with the Razer Surround Sound and its Pro version, not with 7.1 Surround Sound. Ensure that you are signing in using the same email address/Razer ID. Feel free to send me a PM, including the email address that is associated to your Razer ID so I can check your account. I'll be locking this thread to curb our conversation privately.
