I understand you are looking for a replacement dongle for your Razer Viper V3 Pro. According to our warranty policy, claims arising from any unacceptable use or care of the Product, including (without limitation) misuse, abuse, negligence, unauthorized modification or repair, unauthorized commercial use or any operation of the Product outside Razer's recommended parameters are not covered under warranty. Because of this, a lost dongle would not be eligible for a warranty replacement.


That said, I’d still be happy to help explore available options for purchasing a replacement dongle. I can check our inventory to see if we have a stock for a replacement dongle for your device.
