I lost the serial number for my old Kraken.

Hello Razer Support Team,

I am contacting you regarding my Razer Kraken 7.1 headset.

This is an older device (around 10 years old), and I previously used it with
Razer Surround / Razer Synapse with the 7.1 Surround Sound fully activated
on this same Razer ID account.

Due to changes in the Razer software and activation system over the years,
I have lost access to the 7.1 Surround Sound feature that was previously active.
I understand that my device may no longer be listed as eligible under the
current system, however this license was already activated and used in the past.

I am not requesting a new activation code.
I am kindly requesting the restoration of my previously activated 7.1 Surround
Sound access, or guidance on how to access the legacy software compatible with
the Razer Kraken 7.1.

I still have:
- The headset
- The original box
- The serial number

I can provide photos or any additional information if needed.
