I'm facing a problem with my Tiamat v2 7.1 !!!

I am facing a problem with my new pear of Razer Tiamat v2 7.1 which is a little disturbing in case of the audio that they have to offer. What is meant by that is hearing an low frequency << buzzing >> sound when I'm whatching videos and unfortunatly the frequency of the buzzing increases a lot when I'm playing games. In terms of connectivity, because I have an 5.1 sound card and all cables are connected to their slots. I have tried turning them on and off or changing the usb cable to another usb slot but nothing seems to have worked.

Hi there! Thanks for posting your headset's concern here. Have you tried disabling or closing Razer Synapse 2.0 and see if the issue persists? It is feasible, please try connecting the headset to a different port or computer and observe.
