I'm Having trouble getting Razer Support to respond | Razer Insider

I created a case because not even a week after I purchased my Razer Blade 14 (2023) it appears to have a dead pixel. Not long after creating said case I received a message saying they were already reviewing this and would respond withing 24-48 hours. Well it has been over 48 hours and nothing. I love this laptop and would really like to get this issue resolved, but support seems lackluster.
