I needed to pay over $100USD to get a replacement for a faulty mouse, with the promise that I would receive a refund if I send the original mouse back or destroy it within a certain timeframe.
Now support is not responding to my emails.
I want a quick resolution of this issue. I am not going to be paying this money, I will be charging back the money I gave for the replacement I was owed if I am ignored.
Please lets sort this out.
