Hello. I got the Razer Kraken kitty V3 Pro today and i have registrerd it, but have not recieved a code for the 7.1 surround, only an email confirming that my product is registrered. I have checked spam folder too.
I also checked https://mysupport.razer.com/app/self-help/surround-sound/index but it didn’t help me.
I don't know what to do anymore.
How do I get the code?
