I'm not receiving the code on my phone.

I hadn't used Razer services for a while, and today I topped up and I'm not receiving the authorization code on my phone. I can't figure out how to restart the process. I don't know if... In my location, Venezuela, that Raze service was disabled.If anyone knows how to help me, I would be grateful.
