So basically, I got a headset for Christmas of 2021, and its been working fine. All of a sudden, it stops working, and I hear sound from my monitor. I contacted Razer Support, they gave me everything I need to know, and they sent me an RMA link I believe to get a replacement, but every time I click the link it shows me “Page Not Found”. Do any of you know what to do?
I'm trying to get my headset replaced.
