Probably fake, so I’d return it and get it from more viable source.

Upon checking the Razer BlackShark V2 X has already been registered to another account since April 21, 2023, and was able to claim the 7.1 Surround Sound activation code. If your Razer device is a replica or counterfeit, it cannot be registered. I recommend visiting this link: https://www.razer.com/store-finder to find authorized Razer product retailers. It's important to note that products bought from non-authorized dealers may be used, counterfeit, re-boxed, defective, or gray market goods. Feel free to PM if you need help in the future.
