I'm trying to set custom colors to my Naga Trinity's interchangeable side, but i am the stupid. Save

i can't seem to get the LED's to light up on the 7 or 12 button attatchments to the Naga Trinity when customising the lights in Chroma Studio. however the side lights up if i just have Quick effects on instead of advanced. pls help

    Hi there! Do you have a side panel attached to the Naga Trinity when you try to set up the advanced effects?
