I mistakenly scratched off 4 codes from my razor gold card how can I get it

Unfortunately, I have limited access to this part of our system. However, I suggest that you submit a Ticket or chat with customer service via Live Chat by clicking the green chat button at the bottom right to get this sorted out in real-time. Please make sure to include all relevant information such as proof of purchase (Purchase receipt and Activation receipt), and Razer Gold PIN/ Gift Card. Kindly ensure to follow the specifications as below:

  1. Everything has to be a separate image.
  2. Do not stack the gift card and receipt.
  3. Do not blur or mark on the gift card and receipt.
  4. Kindly change the file size to a smaller size.
  5. Kindly ensure that the images are clear and show all four corners.
