Please i really need help in getting the digits on my card, I have been texting the support team on email but no response. How do I go about it?

If you’ve subbmited a case with Razer Gold Support, then you’re fine.
Sometimes they just need more time to reply.
Also please be aware, that some people want to scam you trying to impersonate official Razer Gold Support. Never send them any details - official contact with support is only through gold.razer.com website, and not through e-mail on outlook.com or gmail.com
