Over a week now i submitted a problem of me mistakenly scratched off some numbers from the Razer card i got for my son , i have  sent several emails but no reply or help , here is the first ticket number i got (removed for security)  on 12-Aug-2024 and i tried again today which is 27-Aug-2024  and got another ticket number (removed for security)  , do something as soon as you can ,  i am trying to win my son over , dont ruin it .
